Infinite North 88 LLC publishes First & Glory and operates this website. Questions about your information can be sent to feedback@firstandglory.com.
Information you provide
We receive the information you submit through beta requests, the Founding Fans signup and support forms. Beta access requires an email address. Founding Fans requires email and an explicit marketing choice; first name and game interests are optional. Our support form requires first name and email; last name, phone and message are optional. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Beta requests and launch-email signups are intended for adults 18+ only. Please do not submit a child’s contact details through these forms.
How we use it
We use beta requests to review invitations, support messages to respond and investigate issues, and gameplay feedback to improve the game. Joining the beta or contacting support does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. We use a separate Founding Fans subscription to send development news and launch announcements.
Email choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing using the link in a marketing email or ask us at feedback@firstandglory.com. We may still respond to a separate support request or beta invitation you requested.
When we send launch emails, Wix handles delivery and link-click reporting. Email-open tracking is disabled. Automatic welcome emails and marketing campaigns are currently paused while we finish setup; signing up records your choice for future updates.
Service providers
Wix provides website hosting, forms, contact records and email tools. Usercentrics for Wix manages website cookie preferences. Google Workspace provides our business email. These providers process information needed for those services. Links to other services take you to their own privacy practices.
Cookies and site operation
Wix uses cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure website features. Use the Privacy Settings control on the public website to review or change your cookie preferences. Essential services remain enabled. Optional cookie choices are separate from email subscription choices. Browser settings can also control stored cookies, although blocking them may affect some features.
Your information
We use information for the purposes described above, including managing requests, supporting players, honoring subscription choices and meeting applicable business obligations. You can ask about access, correction or deletion at feedback@firstandglory.com. We may need to verify a request and retain records needed for legal, security or business purposes. Minimal unsubscribe records may be kept to honor your choice.
